Terms and conditions of our discounts
Point system
For every €10 you spend with us, you will receive 10 points.
Upon reaching 250 points you will automatically receive a credit of €10.
1 Earning points
Points are calculated from the total amount of your order, excluding shipping costs and any discounts.
Rounding is applied: for an amount of e.g. €24.50 you will receive 20 points.
2 Validity of points
Points earned are valid for 6 months from the date of award.
Points not used within this period will automatically expire.
3 Redeeming points
When you have accumulated 250 points, a credit of €10 is automatically granted the next day. This will be automatically deducted from your next order. The credit is valid for 6 months. The credit is not redeemable for cash.
4 Restrictions and exceptions
Points cannot be earned on purchases of gift cards and products in promotion. Credit also cannot be used on products in promotion. VIP customers do not earn points on their orders.
5 Account needed
To earn and redeem points, you must create an account.
6 Cancellations and returns
When returning or canceling an order, the points earned for that order will be deducted.
7 Changes
We reserve the right to change the points system, including the validity and value of points, at any time.
VIP
You become VIP if you have spent a total amount of €1000 or more in the past 6 months. VIP membership is valid for a period of 6 months.
1 Awarding of VIP status
VIP status is awarded automatically based on your total purchases over the last 6 months.
The calculated amount excludes shipping costs and after deducting any discounts.
2 Discounts and benefits
The 10% VIP discount is not cumulative with other discounts or promotions unless otherwise stated.
VIP discount is automatically applied at checkout when you are logged into your account.
3 Points
As a VIP, you no longer collect points for our Points System.
4 Newsletter subscription
You need to be subscribed to our newsletter to become a VIP customer. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your VIP status expires immediately, regardless of your spending habits.
5 Transfer and use
VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable.
Your account must be active to enjoy the benefits.
6 Refunds and cancellations
In case of returns or cancellations, the total amount of your purchases may be adjusted. This may affect your VIP status.
7 Changes and Termination
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the VIP system, including its benefits and requirements, at any time. Any changes will be communicated in a timely manner.
Student Discount
Are you enrolled in a nail technician training program? If so, we will give you a 5% discount on all products!
1 Validity of the discount
The discount is personal and cannot be transferred to others.
The discount cannot be combined with other promotions or actions.
2 Newsletter subscription
You must be subscribed to our newsletter to receive student discount. If you unsubscribe from the newsletter, your student discount will expire immediately, regardless of the remaining validity period.
3 Application of the discount
The 5% discount is automatically applied at checkout when you are logged into your account.
4 Renewal of the discount.
For high school students, the discount is valid until September 15 of the following school year, after which you must fill out another form if you are still studying.
For adult education students, the discount expires after 6 months unless you provide proof of enrollment again.
5 Changes and Termination.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate the terms of the student discount at any time. Any changes will be communicated in advance on our website.
