The best of both worlds!
Velveteen is our rendition of a gel/acrylic hybrid. We recommend applying an overlay on natural nails or tips, and finishing with your choice of Ugly Duckling gel polish. Our Velveteen will not move, but stays fully workable until cured. Cures with a tack-free, smooth, velvet-like finish, minimizing filing.
Application:
- Do the nail prep as you are used to, right down to your prep and primer.
- Apply a layer of Build-A-Base.Push a little Velveteen out of your tube, and apply it to the nail with your spatula.
- Lightly moisten your brush in a bowl of cleanser
- Model all five nails as desired.
- Cure 60-90s in the LED lamp, depending on thickness.
- Lightly file where necessary, and finish with Ugly Duckling Gel Polish.
